Your Whirlwind gives a stack of Rising Winds for each target hit, increasing your attack speed by 3% and the damage of your Wind Strike by 2% for 10 second. Stacks up to 10 times.

Reaching full stacks of Rising Winds creates a Rampant Tornado, dealing Nature damage to nearby enemies every second and increasing your attack speed by 30% and Wind Strike damage by 20% for 4 seconds.
