Rising Winds

Increases the damage of your Wind Strike by 4% and 2% versus Players for 10 sec.

Upon reaching 10 stacks you consume Rising Winds to unleash a Rampant Tornado.

Increases your chance to trigger Windfury Weapon by 20% for 6 sec.

Doom Winds trigger chance increase for Windfury Weapon is reduced to 10% with Titan's Grip active.
