Description
Arena Vendors are known as Vik "Angry" Smalls or Leeni "Angry" Smalls.These can be found in any major capital cities near the PvP quarter of that city. (Old Town for Stormwind, and Hall of Legends for Orgrimmar. In Booty Bay these vendors are within the biggest house)
These Vendors allow you to exchange your Arena Points (earned through Arenas) for gear if you have the correct rating.
This PvP Gear you see is the Strongest Gear available for PvP.
