Description
Bloodforged, Honor and Arena gear always has PvP power.Acquire a set of PvP gear by purchasing PvP gear from Honor and Arena Vendors, Bloodforging items or on the Auction House by searching for "PvP" or "Bloodforged."
You can Bloodforge a Soulbound item by buying a Bloody Jar from Nozdormu. Bloodforging Soulbound Honor or Arena gear will reduce their stats, so you should only do so if you want to trade or sell the item!
PvP Power is only active at max level an increases the damage you deal to other players. Taking Soulbound PvE gear into PvP will put you at a disadvantage against players in PvP gear.
