A woman by the name of Mirsinth requires a special ingredient that can only be found in Zangarmarsh - ephemeral mushrooms that grow in the marshes near Umbrafen Lake. These mushrooms have unique magical properties that will help power a ritual to reinforce the protections around Shattrath.
