For anyone having issues with the auras not desaturating, a work-around:

On each aura, under "Trigger", you scroll down and under the section "Show & Clone Settings", there is a drop-down box called "Show On". Change that to "Aura(s) Found"

That way the weakauras only appear on your screen when they proc.
They will remain desaturated until you reach Bee's stated stack number, glow/light up, then disappear when used.
