Relocate M+, Manastorm & LFG Frame

This weakaura will move the M+, Manastorm and LFG Objective Trackers to the location of the display icon.

Simply drag the display icon to where you want the frames.

Revision 7:

Added the new LFG Objective Tracker
Added toggles in "Custom Options" to disable this weakaura for any of the 3 objective trackers (note that this might require a reload after changing)
