Arcane Thunder Seer prevents the activation of Missile Barrage talent.

Arcane Thunder
Granted when you deal damage with Arcane Missiles. An additional stack is granted for each stack of Thunder Seer active.
Increases the damage of your next Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 5%. Stacks up to 25. Lasts 8 sec.

Thunder Seer
Granted when your Lightning Bolt consumes Arcane Thunder.
Reduces the channeled duration of your next Arcane Missiles by 0.5 secs, reduces the mana cost by 7%, and the missiles fire .1 seconds faster per stack. Stacks up to 4. Lasts 8 sec. Gains 2 stacks in PvP combat.

Arcane Overload
Granted after channeling Arcane Missiles .

Reduces global cooldown and cast time of your next Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning by 50%.

While this is active, Arcane Missiles deal 75% less damage but trigger a wave of Spellstorm Missiles at 5 nearby enemies, causing 3+3*PL+SP*0.3+AP*0.195 Spellstorm damage.

Spellstorm Missiles cannot hit your primary target. The duration of Arcane Overload cannot be refreshed.
