Requires
Blasts the target for 201 to 215 Frost damage reducing the cooldown of Ice Barrier by 4 seconds, causing an arctic explosion dealing additional Frost damage, and affecting all enemies within 10 yards with Sunder Armor. Castable while moving.

Consumes Fingers of Frost, granting a stack of Arctic Bulwark for each stack removed. Arctic Bulwark can only be gained every 12 seconds.

Frost Blast cannot generate Fingers of Frost stacks. This ability shares a cooldown with other Shaman Shock spells.

Sunder Armor
Sunders the target's armor, reducing it by 4%. Stacks up to 5 times and lasts for 30 sec. Does not stack with other similar effects.
