Capstone Bonus: Additionally when at 4 stacks, using Aimed Shot on a monster will enable you to use your next Syndicate Sniper Shot without being stealthed, reduce its energy cost by 20 and increase its damage by 30%. This effect has a 8 sec internal cooldown.|r
