4 points: 19+((51*4)+AP*0.224)*1-54+((51*4)+AP*0.28)*1 damage
5 points: 19+((51*5)+AP*0.28)*1-54+((51*5)+AP*0.35)*1 damage

If used at 5 combo points and on a target with Rupture then Saber Slash strikes the initial target again then cleaves up to 5 additional targets within 5 yards and spreads the Rupture. Saber Slash does not consume combo points.
