Teaches you Frost Bomb.

Casting Frost Bomb triggers the Flash Freeze talent. Its cooldown is reduced by the Cold as Ice talent.
These effects require the final rank of the talents.

Summoning Water Elemental or casting Ice Barrier will trigger Frozen Waters. Whenever Water Elemental deals damage with Freeze, it will trigger Fingers of Frost (if known).

Frost Bomb
Places a Frost Bomb on the target for 6 seconds.

Dealing damage with Frostbolt, Cone of Cold, or Deep Freeze triggers a wave of freezing ice, dealing Frost damage and slowing enemies within 10 yards by 30%.

When the effect ends or is dispelled, the Frost Bomb detonates, dealing damage and reducing enemy movement speed by 60%.

Grants a stack of Frozen Haste per enemy hit.

Can't be reflected.

Frozen Waters
Your Water Elemental now deals 200% increased damage against monsters for 15 sec.

Frozen Haste
Increases your spell haste by 1% and reduces cooldown of your Water Elemental by 3 seconds per stack.
Stacks 10 times.
