Unstable Affliction (Despair) does not silence when dispelled.

comes from killing 'ghost' npcs around black temple.

two pieces by the west wall of BT , one is on Ata'mal Terrace.The last bitch is north of BT,near the cliff

The following 4 NPCs all drop Shard of Despair which combine into the WFE
Sanaaka
Kiinyo
Haruuma
Maarani

I think this got changed. I just killed Haruuma and got it without doing the rest.
