Capstone Bonus: Taking direct damage while being below 35% health will trigger Blazing Speed, dispelling all movement impairing effects and increasing your movement speed by 50% and your haste by 20% for 6 sec. While active, you can cast non-channeled Fire spells while moving. This effect can only occur every 30 seconds.
