Phalanx Strike
Increases the damage of Shield Strike by 10%. And the damage of Sinister Strike by 25% and reduces the energy cost by 5. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts for 15 sec or until Bloodrage falls off. Refreshing Bloodrage clears all stacks.

Damage of Thrust is increased by 30%, Damage of Dark Intent and Sinister Intent increased by 20%. The damage of Shield Strike is increased by 4% against players.
