Dealing damage with Ice Lance rapidly launches your stored Icicles at the target, dealing (PL*3.45+255)+(SP*0.33)+(AP*0.2145) Frost damage.

Triggering 5 at once Icicles increases the damage of your Ice Lance by 100% versus monsters, and reduces its global cooldown by $33%.

You cannot gain Icicles while they are launching. Ice Lances global cooldown reduction does not stack with haste.
