You will no longer roll new abilities. You will save your 4 Ability Essence earned levels 67 to 70 to allow you to pick one additional level 50 or 60 talent when you reach level 70! You will have a total of 12 Ability Essence to spend on 3 level 50 and 60 talents. You can only pick 1 level 60 talent. This item will also grant you a Scroll of Fortune at levels you are no longer rolling an ability!Rewards
