Recover the stolen ensemble of a Dark Ranger.
The Dark Ranger's Hood can be obtained from hooded figures throughout the Plaguelands.
The Dark Ranger's Bow can be acquired by those who don the Scarlet uniform in Western Plaguelands.
The Dark Ranger's Arrows can be found from those who've become victim to the Dark Ranger within the Ruins of Andorhal in Western Plaguelands.
The Pristine Elven Skull can be found from High Elven rangers who reside within the Plaguelands.

north east tower in the Ruins of Andorhal for the arrow (worldforged chest called sentinel's cache or soemthing like that)
tower to the left after passing the saw mill in hearthglen for bow (another world forged chest)
ranger lord hawkspear in bloodelf cove by stratholm service entrance (only mob i had to kill and after hours only one to drop prestine skull)
and lastly necromancers cace (to the right of the bridge infront of stratholm main entrance)
so 3 worldforged keys and one rare spawn is all it takes
