• 2 pieces: Increases your Agility and Intellect by 3%.
• 4 pieces: Dealing magic damage has a chance to increase your attack power by 320 for 10 seconds, and dealing physical damage has a chance to increase your haste by 15% for 10 seconds. These effects cannot trigger from periodic damage, cannot occur simultaneously and each effect has a separate 15 second cooldown.
