NOTE: In this guide I use the following terms:
Enchant - refers to any type of permanent item enhancement that can be applied to your equipped items, except gems.
Recipe - refers to any pattern/plan/schematic/formula/design that allows you to learn an item enhancement.
This list encompasses the majority of the item enhancements available for use in Ascension endgame content for The Burning Crusade expansion. This is a simple aggregate list and does not go over the various methods to acquire each recipe.
For most of the below enchants I linked the recipe that allows you to learn and make it. This allows you to see which profession makes it and where the recipe comes from.
Enchanters can make their formula's into scrolls that allow them to sell them on the Auction House, for example:
